By booking one of our services, you agree to the terms and conditions.

By booking our services, you are aware that due to operational reasons, the tours cannot be adjusted to allergies or special dietary needs. We abdicate any responsibility in regards to food allergies and/or intolerances. It is in your responsibility to inform yourself about the detailed dietary plan if needed by contacting us via email or phone.
Furthermore, we abdicate any responsibility in regards to the consumption of alcoholic drinks/foods during our tours. It is in your interest to apply to the local laws of alcohol consumption.
Cancellation Policy
20% deposit for administration fees is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. The full amount is to be paid at least 7 days before the tour date. A cancellation within 4 days of the service date will result in a 50% refund of total invoice amount, and a cancellation within 36 hours will result in full loss of the total invoice amount.

By booking our services you agree to this cancellation policy. In the case of cancellation from our side, you will be reimbursed by a total refund of the invoice amount.
